They said they had spent BILLIONS of tax dollars into World Class DRAINAGE WORKS. There is another recently completed Marina Barrage which squandered additional tons of tax dollars.

But it FLOODED indeed!

My video shows the reality of conditions over the Bukit Timah Canal which flooded this week. Note the BIG TREE growing atop the PUB's high tension Electrical Cable Bridge over the canal.It is a reflection of how lack of care and maintenance and how UNSAFE it is as the famiLEE LEEgime's MILLION DOLLAR Ministers brag their First World Craps.

Imagine the SAFETY of high tension power lines submerged in the water and people as well as vehicle passing through the water. First World indeed!

Heavy rain causes knee—high floods in Bukit Timah

SINGAPORE: Heavy and intense rain caused flooding in some parts of Singapore in the early part of Thursday afternoon.

The situation was especially bad in Bukit Timah. At its peak, the flood waters reached knee level.

The affected areas were the stretches from Coronation Road to Third Avenue and from Wilby Road to Blackmore Road. The junction of Sixth Avenue with Bukit Timah Road was also flooded.

Traffic was brought to a standstill along some stretches of Bukit Timah Road.

MediaCorp’s news hotline received several calls from members of the public who said cars had trouble driving along these areas.

Parents who had sent their children for examinations at schools and junior colleges in the areas were also stuck in the floods. In some cases, water levels reached car windows.

PUB said 92mm of rain fell within half an hour from about 1.20pm—1.50pm. The total amount of rainfall was 110mm which is approximately 43% of the average monthly rainfall for November.

Thursday’s intense rainfall which was about six times that of a normal storm resulted in massive amounts of water — equivalent to the amount in 115 Olympic—sized pools — to drain into Bukit Timah 1st Diversion Canal, causing it to overflow.

The Bukit Timah 1st Diversion Canal which was completed in the early 1970s has been effective in preventing flooding in the Bukit Timah area, until the exceptionally intense storm on Thursday. PUB says it intends to upgrade this canal in the near future.

PUB officers were on site on Thursday to help out, using tankers to pump water out from two basement carparks as well as cleaning up houses that had been affected by flood waters.

PUB advises the public to exercise caution as flash floods may still occur in the event of heavy storms.

Time for Singaporeans to be Freed from burdens of famiLEE's Incompetence

Half a century of Old Dog Thief LKy's incompetence in the same areas, including especially relations with Malaysia and Racial Equality. Singaporeans are until now still being burdened by incompetence of this Old Dog Thief. Why must we share his personal Tabos? Why must we be restricted by his own political short-comings and vulnerabilities? Why nationalize his foolish ideas as legends?

Lee Kuan Yew had been a National Burden for years.

His fears are not our fear. His blindness is not ours. We don't have to share his defeats with him.

Enough is Enough.

Singaporeans should completely neglect this Old Dog Thief and MOVE FORWARD to our own future. We should show him that and convince him that we are not listening to his rants any more. He don't know that his times are over, we have to Educate him about it.

Old Dog Thief Lee Kuan Yew is completely out of touch with our peasants' reality, stupid LEEgime lapdogs still waste national resources to entertain that senile old dog. This is sad. He should be completely IGNORED!

Incompetence: Pandemic Community Transmission & Death Spreading Uncontrolled - H1N1

2nd & 3rd H1N1 Deaths under Cow Boon Wan

TWO more H1N1 patients with underlying conditions died on Wednesday, bringing the number of deaths in Singapore to three in less than a week.

One of them is a 13-year-old boy, who suffered from epilepsy. He died from prolonged seizures in which H1N1 was a contributing factor, said a Ministry of Health statement.

He was admitted to National University Hospital on Sunday after coming down with a fever and cough. His heart and respiratory functions stopped at the hospital's emergency department and he was later transferred to the paediatric intensive care unit.

I predicted that H1N1 positive test rate will go up from 13% towards 50% in my previous Blog Post, It proved correct within 2 days that became 53%. My next prediction is that it will soon past 75%.

Parents said this had only WORSEN AFTER THE PUPILS HAD ATTENDED NDP REHEARSALS where they had mass gathered.

Call to Cancel NDP2009, F1, Concerts & Mass Public Activities Until H1N1 Flu is over

I am hereby calling famiLEE LEEgime and all events' organizers to hold off; postpone or cancel any mass public events until there is sign that H1N1 Swine Flu is over or there is practical ways to stop the community transmission of this pandemic.

The 1st Death from H1N1 Swine Flu was seen yesterday in Singapore. A man past away in the ICU. Another woman is in critical condition in ICU she is 6 month pregnant and only 22 years old.

In particular I stress that National Day Parade 2009 & Formula One Race should be called off.

These events are Unnecessary; Wasteful; Disrupting as the originally are, and now in addition, they INEVITABLY & UNNECESSARILY provides massive chances for the Pandemic to SPREAD More Effectively. famiLEE LEEgime had been Squandering Money in the past decades to do NDPs, and now they will be for the 1st time Squandering Lives to do this in NDP2009.

I also like to remind people that even mass banquets such as wedding dinners & Chinese 7th Moon Auctioning Dinners are chances for H1N1 flu to spread to a large crowd. There are insufficient and No Effective measures that can prevent this from happening. Organizers & participants should consider to minimize and avoid having these activities.

Closing schools alone are already inadequate, but the famiLEE LEEgime already STOPPED DOING SO.

Since the Corrupted & Incompetent famiLEE LEEgime are no longer Testing nor Reporting the H1N1 case figures, the pandemic will be rampant in exponential scale within Singapore. The public and even doctors will be unsure weather a particular person has the H1N1 flu or otherwise. The the current officially admitted rate is 13% of all tests are positive, therefore it spreads like wild fire. It will soon be up from 13% to reach 50%.

The famiLEE LEEgime's minister for HELL Khaw is irresponsible and incompetent. His efforts on controlling the Pandemic in Singapore crumpled and failed within 2-3 months, and he had conceeded defeat already, being The 1st in the world and Uniquely Singapore.

famiLEE LEEgime's Influnza Epidemic Control Failure

The famiLEE LEEgime had notoriously failed in controlling Dengue Fever for years already.

The failure is rather globally unique that after so much resources & time and funds had been squandered, the virus and disease persistently stay in this tiny red dot.

LEEgime's Minister of Health (HELL) Khaw Boon Wan, continues his Complacency resulted from his own SARS falsehood propaganda of success, and while drawing the world's highest (still) salary for Health Ministers, watch the H1N1 Influnza Case Figures climbed to 1111 today, as one of the world's highest contagion rate (per population).

As of today, there are only 11 countries with case figures above Singapore's, ALL the 11 countries have population levels WAY above ours. The virus came to Singapore quite late, and our case figures increased in one of the fastest rates globally within the very short time. This is marking the failure of famiLEE LEEgime's health administration.

For now I would just like to show one of the reasons of famiLEE LEEgime's failures in controlling H1N1 Influenza A, I will go into other reasons and elements later, one after another. For now, it is in the aspect of public educations.

In Hospitals:

Enhanced Screening & Visitation Measures

• Enhanced triage and screening measures for fever and flu-like illness for visitors to clinical areas.
• Hospitals will enforce visiting hours and limit the number of visitors to 2 visitors per patient at any one time.
• Visitors to clinical areas will have their particulars recorded to help facilitate contact tracing.

Hospital Operations and Patient Care

• Elective admissions have been reduced to increase hospital capacity.
• All patients with flu symptoms AND travel history to affected areas will be isolated and managed appropriately.
• Inter-hospital movement of patients restricted to emergencies.
• Inter-hospital movement of doctors and healthcare workers restricted to essential services.

Enhanced Infection Control Measures

• Healthcare workers in high risk areas will use full personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Patients will be screened for fever and flu-like illness at the clinic reception.
• Patients are to declare symptoms, contact and travel history in Patient Declaration Form

Najib should had Old Dog Thief LKy ARRESTED under ISA in cell next to MSK

Najib's late father ex-PM Tun Razak had always wanted old dog thief Lee Kuan Yew arrested under Internal Security Act, for his constant Seditious Attacks & Racial Politics during his speeches broadcasting almost nightly on Singaporean radio to Malaysia in 1960 before Singapore was ousted from the federation.

Najib can do his father's unfinished job to charge Lee Kuan Yew for sedition, while he is still busy at it charging the Malaysian oppositions and activists with that same act. The people of Bukit Batok Jurong GRC had been CHEATED of their constitutional rights and rights of representation in parliament. This is a very serious fraud, the victims are the constituents of ALL GRCs, when their MP died or resigned or disqualified for any reason their rights to be represented by an MP in the parliament BECOME NULL & VOID!

When any MP died or resigned in any country e.g. Malaysia, they will hold a by-election. This is NOT done in famiLEE LEEgime's GRC system, which is a clear fraud spelled out in the Parliamentary Election Act.

Integrity of election process a hot topic during youth forum

SINGAPORE: The integrity of the election process took centrestage during a two—hour forum on Sunday afternoon, organised by the People’s Association Youth Movement.

The 200 youths who attended the forum traded views with a panel, which included Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean.

It was a no—holds—barred session, and the panel of four speakers weighed in on various issues, answering questions on election procedures.

A major part of the discussion was used to clarify concerns over the fairness of the voting process.

Some participants questioned the ability of civil servants to carry out their electoral duties in a non—partisan manner.

"I understand that the vote counters are the civil servants. So what is the process to appoint vote counters? So (what are) the checks done to ensure that they are politically neutral?" asked one youth.

The panel was quick to point out the integrity of voting procedures.

Deputy Principal Senior State Counsel from the Attorney—General’s Chambers, Owi Beng Ki, stated that civil servants serve the president.

"Civil servants under the constitution hold their allegiance to the president. The symbolism that is attached to that is we actually serve at the pleasure of a politically neutral institution. It is one of the values of the civil service that we are politically impartial," said Ms Owi.

Mr Teo noted that the process itself is transparent, and available to scrutiny from all parties.

He said: "It’s a process which is watched with eagle eyes by the candidates and by persons whom the candidates themselves appoint as counting agents. They’re present in the counting centres, and they watch with eagle eyes, everything which goes on in the counting centres."

Another issue that drew much debate was the prime minister’s right to redraw constituency boundaries.

Mr Teo said it was necessary to change boundary configurations from time to time to reflect population movement.

"The new family formation is something like 20,000 a year. And so these tend to move, and other people also move from one constituency to another. And in Singapore they tend to be quite clustered. So from time to time, there will be a necessity to change the boundary configurations," said Mr Teo.

Other questions from the participants dealt with the election procedures, ranging from why online voting is not allowed, to where overseas voting is conducted.

An interesting fact was also unearthed —— in the event a contested ward ends in a draw, the outcome of the vote comes down to drawing lots, or flipping a coin.
